“Hannover Fair 2026”

Employees of Elektroistok Izgradnja Ltd. Ivan Urošević, Stefan Jovanović and Ranisav Milićević visited the international fair “Hannover Messe 2026”, one of the most important events in the field of energy, industrial automation and electrical infrastructure. During the visit, a special focus was on innovations related to substations and power lines, as well as on solutions that contribute to the digitalization and sustainability of power systems.

The fair showcased new generations of “SF6-free GIS” plants, which use “clean air” technology and vacuum circuit breakers instead of harmful “SF6” gas, significantly reducing the impact on the environment. Digital plants with advanced monitoring and predictive maintenance systems based on IEC 61850 communication and smart sensors for real-time monitoring of equipment status attracted particular attention.
