Contract signed for the construction of a 400/110 kV substation Belgrade 50

We are proud to announce that at the end of November 2025, we signed a contract with the Serbian transmission system operator, AD Elektromreža Srbije, for the construction of the 400/110kV Beograd 50 substation in Ugrinovci. The contract includes the performance of complete electrical installation works for the construction of the 400kV and 110kV plant, as well as for the 400/110kV transformation.

This substation represents one of the most significant infrastructure projects within the planned strengthening of our country’s transmission network. It introduces a completely new 400kV node in the western part of Belgrade, which enables additional strengthening of the electricity transmission system and integration of energy produced from renewable sources from the Banat zone. It represents a modern, highly automated facility, of the highest voltage level, compatible with “ENTSO-E” standards. The complexity and importance of this facility emphasizes the need for a strategic approach to planning and execution of works, but the scope of work implemented so far by “Elektroistok Izgradnja Ltd” on the highest voltage facilities in our country is the best guarantee that we are ready to meet this challenge.
