Leadership, delegation and feedback skills

Employees of Elektroistok Izgradnja Ltd. attended a two-day training on the topic “Management skills, delegation and feedback”, organized by HRM Konsalting, which was held on May 14 and 15, 2026.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in the areas of management, communication, motivation and employee development.

Special emphasis is placed on modern leadership styles, a situational approach to working with teams, effective delegation of tasks, and improving business communication.

The program also covered topics such as feedback/feedforward, developing leadership skills, emotional intelligence of leaders, and creating a personal professional development plan.

Through a combination of theoretical and practical examples, participants had the opportunity to gain additional knowledge and tools for more efficient team management and organization of business processes.
